I did a direct bank transfer to Telefonica Germany via the SMS option (56656) and didn’t receive the credit at all. I would like to request a refund asap. Could you please assist?

Did you receive the SMS that the credit was booked?
If the transfer was not possible the money will be returned to your bank account.
