Sms receiving problem

Hi, i have a prepaid and a postpaid account with O2. and i just found out I cant receive my sms with my festnetnummer/post paid.

 pls assist me on this.

A landline number is not intended to receive or send SMS.


If you mean the postpaid mobile number, then you should check whether it is due to multicards or other factors (LTE-mode, SMS-APP etc.).

it’s the mobile postpaid, whenever I get an sms I receive an automated phone call that say I have an incoming sms.

Hello @Ai88 :relaxed:

 

that’s weird, normally if you miss a call you’ll get an info-sms but not vice versa. Are you using some special apps to manage your calls, sms etc.?
