Hello, my customer number is XXXXXX. Unfortunately, I received pishing sms about the sim card expiry and clicked the related link. My account had been hacked. I realized it when my final bill debited from my bank account which so much higher for €403.57. I normally have a contract and paying €23.49 monthly. I checked the bill details and realized too many purchase from Sony Network Entertainment/WEB-Games&Quiz + O2 my Data unlimited. These are bought by the hacker. I found XXXXXXX mail address in my contact details which is not belong to me for sure. I changed this information and changed my login password. I fulfilled a form Information „Identitätsmissbrauch“ and sent it via post to Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG Identitätsmissbrauch. This amount unfairly debited from my account and kindly request from your help and I want a refund. I have not been informed by sms/call/e-mail when the hacker is making purchases through my account. There must be more secure ways like SMS code must be entered before making a new purchase etc. The lack of security of O2 costs me. I urgently need help and refund regarding to this issue.
