Simcard blocked

Hello,

i accidently blocked my Simcard ( my phone turned off, when it was back on my card was blocked). Because i bought my Simcard 7 Month ago i dont remember the PIN and the PUK. Is there an online support, where i can unlock my SimCard, because i cant find any on this website, only a Hotline number which is obviously not working for me because my card is blocked.

I regret that you could not find a solution yet to unblock your sim-card. 

 

Is it a postpaid-contract that you possess, or is it a prepaid-card?

 

I need this information, in order to inform you about the procedure.
