Hello, I forgot my PIN and PUk and also can’t find the original SIM-Kartenträger, how can I unlock my phone? IS it possible for me to receive all these information by providing my passport?

Since you are not registered in meino2, please call the hotline. They will be happy to give you your PIN and PUK after legitimation.

    are you registered at "meinO2"with your phone number?

    there you can see your data.

    I also didn’t register at mein 02… So I don't know what I should do now
