SIM CARD UNLOCK

I cannot unlock my SIM card. Basically because I no longer have the original paper that displays my PIN and PUK number. Is there any way the O2 team can assist? I can only be reached at XXXXX

Are you already registered at Meino2 oder the Meino2 App? You can find the PIN and PUK there.

If this doesn´t work, you have to call the hotline.
