Sim Card Order

Hello, I have been waiting for a sim which has appeared as sent for days yet it still has not arrived.

 

Is there any way to track the delivery?

shipping usually takes 3-5 working days, when did you order the SIM card?

Is this a replacement card?

Hello Castiel,

I ordered the SIM 12 days ago. It is a multicard. The problem is I moved address two days ago so I have to return daily to my old address to check the post. It would be much simpler if I could track the delivery

Can you check the system that the  right details were used? My last name is Goodall but I remember at last minute seeing the system using my first name ( miss Kimberley) so this is why I am concerned more then anything

Or alternatively could you send the SIM to an O2 shop and I pick it up? I need this sim

Hello, i have ordered my SIM since 22 June and i haven’t received it yet i noticed my address details are wrong but it didn’t even arrive there. 
 

In the confirmation email it mentioned that it will arrive in 2-3 working days.
