Sim card not working after activation


I bought a sim card yesterday at an shop and the person activated my card, with my address and id. But when I put the card into my cell phone nothing happens. It still shows as though I have no service. Unfortunately I can’t call to get any help because this is my only phone.

It doesn’t seem like there is anywhere online to check whether the sim card is actually activated so not sure what to do from here.

did you restart your phone already? Sometimes it takes a few hours until the sim is activated. 

 

If it don´t work - is it about a prepaid SIM?

Hello,

I have bought a sim from store yesterday. I have go through the ID check through Post office. Still my sim is not active, I did not received any confirmation regarding sim activation. Can you please provide the assistance to solve this matter on urgent basis. Thank you

I just received the email stating that I have to again go to Post office for reverification. Can you please help to solve what was the problem at first verification. I would like to select the Video Chat ID check. But i am unable to to see the option to select this service. Either I am unable to procced, what are the possible solution in this matter?
