sim card not in O2 homespot M package

Dear O2 team, 

 

on 18th October I ordered O2 Home spot M, and i received the package very soon, but there was the wifi device but not sim card. i went to O2 shops, they said we cannot do anything. then i wrote to customer service but received no reply. 

i tried to call the telephone hotline manytimes, but for english language there was no one to respond. 

can you please help us find out what has happened or when will we get a sim card to use the device. 

my order number : Auftragsnummer lautet: DRZ422XXX.

Dear Mr. Tobias, 

 

thank you for your response. 

 

I was able to connect to English telephone hotline, and they have canceled the order because there was no simcard in package, then they placed new order, and the simcard arrived to my postal address. 

now i am surfing the the internet without any issues.
