Sim card inactive


My sim card has been cancelled suddenly and i would like to continue with the same mobile number, how can i reactivate the mobile number

welcome to the community.

Is it a prepaid card or a contract card?
You can take the number with you to another provider. If the number has already been deactivated here,
then the number is free for transfer.
Therefore, please contact a new provider who will then apply for the number portability.

yes it is a prepaid card and is there any way of continuing with the same network, as i also bought a mobile phone contract with this network and now i’m unable to check the details about the mobile phone contract invoices term period, etc as i can’t login to the app with the old number

To answer the question, we are unfortunately missing some information from you.

When was the last time you loaded your prepaid card with credit and since when exactly has your card been deactivated?  

FYI: Reactivation is not possible with prepaid cards and if the SIM is switched off for longer than 90 days, the number cannot be transferred to a new provider.
