SIM card hasn’t arrived

Hello. Hello. I ordered a o2 Mobile Unlimited Basic Online on the the 16th of July. I got the email stating that my SIM card was handed to Deutschpost on the 17th of July. However, after 11 days, I have not yet received the SIM card. Can I get an estimation on when it will arrive? I need this SIM card because I’ll be traveling on Monday. If I get SIM card at a O2 shop will I need to pay a fee?

Was your shipping address the same as your billing address provided? The SIM card should have already arrived, usually it takes about 7 business days.
Is your name clearly visible on your mailbox?
Of course  you can go to a local o2 store, but it may be that they charge for the SIM card there.
