That sounds strange indeed, maybe the order to balance out your bill has not been properly completed.

Hi Jan, is it possible to send me a private message? I cant seem to make my own frage, but i have a problem with my new simcard and the sepa mandat and i need this resolved as soon as possible cause i need to use this card.
