SIM card


Hi, I ordered a sim card from you, then I canceled my order… I got another sim card, now as your customer can I activate the old sim card for a reasonable price?

When I ordered the first SIM card, the SIM card still came to my home, however, when I called the hotline, they said there is no problem, you don't need to return the card because the order has been cancelled.

And now i want to activated this sim card, as a user, if i can

If the contract has been revoked, it cannot be activated.
You can call the hotline and ask if the revocation can still be stopped.

If the contract has already been canceled with us, then the sim card can no longer be activated.
Then you have to sign a new contract.
Have you already been able to resolve your issue via the English hotline?
