second email did not receive

I have ordered phone without contract last November 30, 2023 but I haven’t received the 2nd email yet until now. Why is that?

    Maybe something ended up in your spam folder?

    But anyway ...
    It may also be that your credit check has not yet been completed. This can sometimes take a while.


    I'm just wondering whether credit check is the correct English word … 😆

    Unfortunately, there’s nothing in my spam folder😑 Yes, credit check is the correct english word😊
