From what I can see here, there have been several orders from you, most of them have been rejected so far, but there are also some that are still waiting for you to actually use the landing page to confirm that you want to buy this. It’s probably best if you check for those, and then maybe consider trying to buy a smaller model.

I already called the hotline. They said i should order again. So I did. However I think that the reason why I haven't receive the 2nd email in my 1st and 2nd order is that my e-mail address(in o2 shop made it) was false. I already change my address and e-mail address. Is it possible to cancel the previous orders? So that I could order again? Thank you.
