Hi

I ordered Samsung S22 ultra 256 GB With O2 20 GB M tariff on a contract basis on 25.02.2022. I received the sim and also activated using the My o2 app it works perfectly However, my concern is that I didn't receive any further information regarding my smartphone delivery status yet. When I track my order status through the My O2 app it will not provide that much information.  I urgently would like it to be delivered. DHL cannot provide an update.

did you also receive the order confirmation email? It also states how much the deposit on the device is and how the deposit must be paid. If you have not received these emails, the device order probably did not work.

Yes, I received the order confirmation in email with an order number. They also informed me like Shipping confirmation will give when my order is handed over to the shipping service provider.

on the Website is pronounced that it could be that there is a Delivery bottleneck. 
So there is nothing wrong and you only have to wait till Samsung delivered,
