I ordered Samsung S22 ultra 256 GB With O2 20 GB M tariff on a contract basis on 25.02.2022. I received the sim and also activated using the My o2 app it works perfectly However, my concern is that I didn't receive any further information regarding my smartphone delivery status yet. When I track my order status through the My O2 app it will not provide that much information. I urgently would like it to be delivered. DHL cannot provide an update.
