I preordered Samsung s24 ultra, and it was said that I will get and jbl headphones. But after more than 2 weeks there are no headphones. Anyone have any ideas

Did you receive an e-mail to confirm you registration for the pre-order of the S24 and the promotion for the JBL headphones and did you confirm via the link in the e-mail?
