Router returned but loan fee still charged

Benutzerebene 1

Hi all,

I have terminated my Homspot contract some time ago, and have returned my Homespot router (to a O2 Shop) weeks ago. However, my loan fee to the Homespot router is still charged.

Even worse is that all of my O2 customer accounts have gone invalid as my contract has been terminated.

Is there anyway I can fix this?

Many thanks for any possible help in advance.

Hello @berythium ,

do you had a HomeSpot router for rent or did you buy the router with a payment by installments?

What exactly did the colleagues in our shop tell you?

Did you get a confirmation that the router arrived successfully?

Best regards,

Manuela

Hi,

I had a router for rent.

Your colleague in the O2 shop did some check with the Serial number of the router. He had no clue how to deal with it at the spot so he asked me to leave the router with him.

I did not receive any confirmation or notification from O2 afterwards.

Thanks for your help.

Hello,

I was trying to find a customer number that fit your description but I could not. Is there any suggestion how I can proceed?

Many thanks!

Dear @berythium ,

your Homespot is not a rental version, but a purchase version that you pay off with 2.50 euros for 48 months. This Homespot is yours and cannot be returned to us at the end of your mobile contract. You should therefore go to the shop and get your router back, because you have to continue paying it off until March 8th 2024.

Kind regards,

Andrea
