My contract ended in January and already sent the router before the deadline.

Why am I still being charged for it? From dhl it says that its delivered and I  received a confirmation letter from O2 that they already received it. Also, I don’t have access to the online rechnung.

Hello @Mariamt,

Your contract has been ended on January 29th.

A bill has been created until this date. I have made a reimbursement, so in case the amount of the current bill is debited it will be reimbursed and you can get in touch here with us to have the amount paid out.
