Returning ordered phone

Who says the Pixel won't arrive? Wait for the delivery.

I call dhl and they say they canot deliver my packet because its only my family name on the label.... and contact the sender. Like 3x time i call them alredy always they say its on the way its gona come today but the tracking dosent move from last week and its alredy 7 days past from the 1st delivery date..

The o2 shop where you placed your order is your contact person.

I was also there one time and they told me they canot do nothing the packet will come..... so this is abit madness alredy..

According to your description, in your case it is because the name was not written in full on the parcel. 
The shipment is being processed manually by DHL.

Yes thats what they say and also say they canot deliver the packet because of this reason i have voice from this. Aniway i was send a chancalation email from my order because im in the 14 days i get back an anwser from o2 they asking about my packet. If they can come up a soloution im glady take the phone and not chancel but if not chancelation request have ben made. I was today o2 garmisch shop where they order to me and there the gentleman was very helpful.

​@Richard Gabor Horgasz Was a solution found for you in the shop? They are your direct point of contact in this case, as you completed and signed the order there. If the o2 my mobile phone order is returned to us, it will be recorded as a return.

Yes they wright an order chancel for the phone. Yesturday i get an email from o2 they asking dhl about my packet and they gona inform me whats up. But i dont realy understand why they ask because in o2 shop they wright an email from the chancalation. And today morning i recive an sms from o2 they hoping im havong fun with my new phone and was a link where i can check how to set up my phone what i dont have.... very wierd...

And in the shop i didnt sign nothing they say its a new system i will recive an email with instruction what i did like in 1 hour they wright if i pay one time 187 euro i can get the phone wgat i did and after they send me the documents.

These “have fun with your phone” are automatically sent emails. ignore them.

No i dont have any update nothing! Judt what kind of services is this realy.... also the packet staying the same. its ok i have proof the date and time from the mail when i send and daily im asking email from the packet to have prove... im very very disampointed!
