Thanks a lot. However, I am still not able to find how I can return my O2 homespot router.

Appreciate your help as I cannot use both portals.

Tried with the portal

The button is deactivated in the Return section.

Upon entering serial number on the portal below as no router was found. https://router-retoure.o2online.de/start/Dashboard/Index

the HomeSpot is not a rental device, but instead a contract on installment basis. It ist yours to keep after you´ve completed the payments for the device

Since you´re leaving germany, the best option would be to buy out the device, so no further payments will be taken from your bank account.
