Resubmit bill

Hi all, I just realized my last bill didn’t clear at my bank today. Could you please kindly resubmit the bill. Thanks.

If the direct debit failed because of insufficient funds you will need to transfer the outstanding amount to the account shown on the invoice. o2 will not make a further attempt to take money from your account until the balance us cleared.

yes, that was helpful. I called customer service who also confirmed, so payment has been made.
