Replacement simcard not received

Hi, I ordered a replacement sim card of homespot on September 11th and I have not received it and i presume it is lost. How can i proceed to get a new one?

Ordering on the portal shows me a cost to pay when its not my fault for not having received the original sim card or replacement sim card for my homespot. It is now rather urgent considering the date my old contract is ending and the new one commencing is coming up.

sorry that you had to wait. Is it a new contract or a replacement SIM card? Have you been able to clarify your issue in another way or can we still support you from here?

Hi Bianca,

No the issue has been resolved . The new replacement again has not been delivered. Can I pick a new SIM card for my home spot from an O2 shop? This back and forth is now not helpful with countless calls to your customer Center and getting different pieces of advice.

Hello @Sally23, of course you can pick up a new SIM card in an o2 shop.

Please do not forget to bring your identity card with you.💙
