Replacement sim card did not arrive

My Sim card has not arrived after 8 days. Can anyone check the status for me?

I'm sorry you had to wait longer than expected for your replacement SIM card. Has it arrived in the meantime?

If there are problems with sending the SIM card, please check whether you have provided us with a current address. Of course, your name should also be found on the doorbell and mailbox.

Unfortunately, tracking is not possible when sent as a letter. We therefore receive no information as to whether the card has arrived or not.

Alternatively, you can also get a replacement card in our o2 shops.

    Haha thanks @Vilureef I know that, but it might be possible that o2 has information that it was not successfully delivered. Do you work for o2?
