Release my prepaid O2 number for another provider

Kindly release my prepaid number for porting out to another provider as I have requested a week ago, but I have not received any confirmation mail from O2. In customer care hotline, they are informing me everytime that you will get confirmation mail from O2, still i have not get. 

Resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I quickly checked your request, your phone number has already been released since yesterday. A confirmation is always sent by text message, not by email.

The release is valid until May 27th, 2023, until then you have time to ask your new provider to port your phone number.
