Rejection for iPhone 17 Pro

Hi there all, I purchased o2 sim card on 20 November 2025 and I received it and I activated it. Today I tried to purchase iPhone 17 pro without contract for 24 months. And I received email from o2 that they can’t fulfill my order. What’s the reason for that? Is there any criteria that I use sim card and make paymemts timely then only they will trust me? My Schufa is also good that’s why I received sim card on contract for 24 months. Thanks
