O2 TERMINATED MY CONTRACT ITSELF WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

HOW SHOULD I REINSTATE MY CONTRACT BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY AT ONCE AND THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT SAYS AFTER I RECEIVE A LETTER FROM O2 THEY CAN AGAIN START A NEW INSTALLMENT PLAN BUT I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY LETTER FROM 4 WEEKS. EVEN THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND I DO NOT SPEAK MUCH GERMAN.

Even if you are probably a little annoyed, please do not write here in capital letters, as this is considered shouting on the Internet. It's also not pleasant to read.

It's great that you're getting in touch. When we cancel an o2 my Handy installment plan, a lot must have happened beforehand. You must have been in arrears with several installments. We don't just cancel it like that, we send several payment reminders and also inform you that payment is necessary, otherwise the installment plan will be deactivated by us. Even if you have now wished for a different answer, this decision cannot be reversed.

I haven’t received any confirmation or information regarding termination. But that point is no longer valid. I just want to reinstate my contract because I do not have enough money to pay in a single time. Please help me in this case
