registration failure

I had purchased O2 homespot that comes with simcard recently. I have successfully activated it and started the internet and wifi. But Still I am not able to register it at my O2 to get information for rechnung and tariff . While registration it asks for Pkk number but when I enter it it keeps on saying that it is ungültig, even though it is correct. I asked to send by post but still havent received any information. I keep on getting emails to cerify email address but there too I must login either by using the mobile number and this also didnot work. While my email address login also doesnot work either . Please help

Hello @R S Mu ,

we’ve had your PKK send out again on Monday, so hopefully it should soon arrive at the given contact address.  If you have a o2 Shop close to you, you could also go there and ask directly for the number, but this will require that you have some form of identification with you.

How are things going on your end? Have you received your persönliche Kundenkennzahl by now and were able to register yourself with the HomeSpot for mein o2?

No reply or help from O2 yet. I didnot receive any post from O2 as they said for PKK number for me
