regarding my change of network from o2 to sim de

Hallo Team,

I need to change my network from o2 to sim.de . The new provider asked for the opt in approval from the previous sim provider. What should I do. If I go through the whatsapp service they are not directing me properly. Someone tell me the way to change from o2 to sim.de. is there any email Id for o2 to contact. Please guide me to change.

I think opi in should be possibel as a option in you o2 account “Mein O2”

Or use the “Mein o2”-App unter “Tarif & Optionen”-> “Vertrags-Services”-> “Rufnummernmitnahme”.
