Refund for cancelling prepaid pack

Hi there,

I accidentally selected the wrong smartphone pack and cancelled it immediately, however the money that I loaded into my account is now gone. I’m wondering if it’s possible to get the money refunded since I cancelled the data pack right away? Thanks for the help!

No I did not, but the issue has been resolved by someone I contacted via the Kunden chat. Thanks for your help though!

@Alicia_Hou did you get an email with the cancellation papers after your order? (Widerruf?)
