I want to refund my credit because I am leaving Germany soon. Is there a way to get a refund online?

The down payment was made on January 3, 2024 thru online. It was credited on my account.i Still haven't got the refund yet, can u please follow it up soon I am leaving Europe in a few weeks !!!.
