Hallo, few month's ago I had some misunderstanding on my account and one of your bill was retreating. Few day's later I did pay that bill, that was 03.03.2023. Now everything is only more complicated. Can You check that and settle again what I need to pay. I want to pay as soon as possible. Please help me with this.
