Can you help me what will be my next step?

 

 

Here's my situation, I applied to avail your service recently and paid the 1 EURO processing fee. During the process, there is a step that I need to fill out the online form with my address, I typed in my correct and current address here in Prieshcka, however, it was then autocorrected to Dobra. My loan application is approved. My iPad got delivered to the wrong address. The next day, I received my official receipt via mail (even though it was addressed to Dobra I was still able to receive it)

 

 

My question is this, will I still be charged of 49,50 Euro as monthly installment even though I did not receive the item? and if yes, is there a workaround for me to have the iPad delivered to my workplace address? Or can I still cancel my purchase?

Welcome to our o2 Community.

Don’t worry. If we can’t deliver the hardware (in your case the iPad) cause of a wrong address the whole contract will be cancelled and you dont have to pay anything.

Don’t worry. If we can’t deliver the hardware (in your case the iPad) cause of a wrong address the whole contract will be cancelled and you dont have to pay anything.
