I am a new user to O2. But I found recharging a bit difficult in this network carrier. I added my bank details and tried to purchase combi pack M. I recharged but the ammount was not credited to my sim instantly . It was said in my O2 app that insufficient balance as the balance was not credited! So I cancelled the subscriptions and tried to purchase later when balance would come. What a coincidence ! the moment I cancelled the subscription, exactly that time my balance got credited, combi M pack got activated and also got unsubscribed at the same moment simultaneously  ! I lost my balance, my pack at the same moment!!! 🫠🫠

After that I tried to recharge my number! but I got no option for instant recharge online! I activated auto recharge ! thats too didn’t work. I set date for auto recharge ! but alas I haven’t got the recharge! How can I recharge anytime I want like other sims online? 

I got my sim for 20 day! and I am still waiting to use the sim!
