Hello, I recharged yesterday at EDEKA my prepaid sim card with 15 euros, a German speaking person help me activate the amount. I received confirmation by SMS of activation but internet is not working.

I do not speak German, how can I make internet work? thanks in advance

Good to know: A prerequisite for the creation of an itemised bill is the consent to the storage of the connection data.

In My O2 and in the My O2 app it is possible to order the itemised bill for future bills or to change the settings.
In order to view your itemised bill, it must be activated (itemised bill is created). @o2_Tobias activated that for you now.

Note: You cannot activate an itemised bill retroactively! So we can not give you the information you’re asking for.

thanks for your request. I just had a look. 

With the payment of 9,99 € for o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L, you came into minus. Therefore, we stopped the automatic direct debit and the monthly 15 € top-up could not be done. 

First of all, you need to pay the open amount, and afterwards you can switch again to the automatic monthly direct debitting.

the 15 € is the automatic debitting that is deducted automatically each month. You changed it now from 15 € to 10 €. 

Since yesterday, you are out of the dunning procedure. So, I do not see anymore that your mobile internet is blocked. 

I hope you can use your prepaid-card normally again.
