I am writing to seek clarification regarding my recent order for an iPhone 16 Pro Max along with a SIM card. I am currently awaiting the delivery of this order, but I recently received an email stating that my "return has been accepted" and that i will receive the payments back to my account (deposit in advance )
To clarify, I did not initiate any return for this order, as I am still expecting its arrival. knowing that the order status is still in delivery , but it is open at DHL tracking and no information appears about the status.
