Questions about prepaid tarif

Dear,

I have a prepaid sim and it says that my tarif are:

• 9 Cent pro Min./SMS in alle dt. Netze
• Surfen für 1,49 € / Tag
• Highspeed surfen mit bis zu 300 MBit/s
• Keine Grundgebühr

But I didn’t understand very well… to make calls do I need to pay 9 cents/minute even for German numbers? and what means “surfen für 1,49€ / Tag?

Could you help me to clarify?
