Question regarding my cancellation

Hello,

 

I have sent a letter to cancel the contract but I see that it is again extended for one more year. I don't want to extend the contract. Please cancel the contract as soon as possible.

I have completed 24 months contract, and I don't want to extend it. I have already sent a contract cancellation letter before 3 months and it was approved also by the O2 team. I see my contract extended again for another 12 months which I don't want. Please cancel my contract as soon as possible.

Yes, Please cancel my contract. I have already sent a letter for cancellation 3 months before.

Did you not get any cancellation confirmation by e-mail or by letter?

 

You can also check your invoice if a cancellation date is mentioned there: 

 

 

On the last page of your invoice you find the above mentioned view. Normally, you should find a date under “Kündigungseingang am”(Entry of cancellation on”). 

 

If a date is mentioned there, everything is fine. 

 

Can you check that?
