Hello, i would like to inquire about the cancellation process. In 11 days, i will be leaving Germany because of an urgent family matter and i wont be going back here so i decided to cancel my 24 month contract. I have filled a form regarding the contract cancellation and have recieved an email from impressum@cc.o2online.de regarding the cancellation. There are several documents that they told me to sent to them. One of them is the abmelden. I just moved to a new city here in Germany this week, to make it simple, i havent done the anmelden therefore i cant give the abmelden, because i have 14 days to do it.
I was worried that this process would take too long because of the time limit i currently have, is it possible to pay the whole amount of the rest of my contract before i moved, which is 345 Euros (23*15 euros) so you could terminate it early.
