Question about whether my sim card is successfully terminated


I'm a sim-card user of o2 as you see, last month i called o2 service to terminate my sim card. The staff told me this will end in early April or the end of Mar.. But I found that my bank is still automatically deducted by SIM card fee. I wanted use mein o2 to check what happened to this, but i cant log in with my old account and password, they said i log in with a wrong password too many times and block my account. Now i'm in china and cant do anything with auto-deducting and most importantly, no sim card signal to receive message, how can i  contant with staff to ask what happened to my ex-sim-card? Is it successfully terminated? Then why did it still cost? I wont use this anymore, i just get my money back.

And my kundennummer is 6067XXXXX, my telephone number is +4917670XXXXXX, can anyone solve my problem?

Welcome to our o2 community. 

When ending the contract in early april you will get a last invoice four to six weeks later.

So its not a mistake when your contact is cancelled and your bankaccount is still automatically deducted.

@o2_Matze  But several days ago I asked for a refund on the bank's app, because I mistakenly thought this was a wrong deduction. And they returned the money to me. Thank you for your kind help, now I understand that this is not a mistake. But now how should I send this money back to the receiving account of o2. Eagerly waiting for your reply.

you will usually get a letter stating how to transfer it. Have you maybe got it already?
