I recently purchased a Samsung S24 Ultra with a Galaxy Watch 6 as part of a combo deal. While I'm pleased with the phone, I've realized that the Galaxy Watch 6 isn't suitable for my needs.
Is it possible to initiate a return for just the Galaxy Watch 6 while keeping the Samsung S24 Ultra? I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

When you have ordered the S24 Ultra with a Galaxy Watch 6 together, that order is linked an you can only register a revocation within 14 days after receiving both - if you ordered online or via our hotline - for both devices here on our Returns portal.
