Query regarding order cancellation

Hello,

I hope you are well. I did an order on 13.06.2023(dd.mm.yy). This order has been cancelled which is not understandable. Actually, I did not cancel the order. In fact, I like the products much more.

After that, a cancellation order email has been sent to me. On the other hand, I did not receive my money back yet. So, would you please help me in that case?

Was it cancelled because it could not be delivered to your address and returned to o2, or was the contract rejected? If cancelled then you will have to order again, if rejected then it is likely to be rejected again if you order a second time.

You were asked to make an initial payment and then the order was rejected? o2 is unfortunately very slow and it can take a few weeks before the payment is returned to your account.

But, I don’t want to cancel the order. Is it possible to send me this products again.

It was cancelled not rejected. Then, ok I will order that product again.

 

However, I am concerned about my payment because I did not get my money return yet. If I order again, will I not get money previous money?

thanks for your questions and I understand your concerns.
Your new and old order will run separatly and as my colleague already mentioned for ur previous order:
“ ... it can take a few weeks before the payment is returned to your account.”
Do you want to order anyway?
