Query about refund

Hello,
I ordered a google pixel 7 128 GB, Obsidian on 29.10.22 (kunden- no. ***). I didn't receive the order and the product was returned on 03.11.22. However, I was charged the whole amount on 20.11.22. I have not received any refund for the product yet. 

Therefore, I request you to assist me with the abovementioned order and grant me a refund.
