PUK CODE

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I have the following problem, few years ago I purchased mobile with sim card from O2, there sim were not in use lately and the phone is locked after trying to figure the pin code too many times.

I cannot find the card where my chip came to check the puk number. I tried following the instructions on retrieving the puk number through the site, but it looks like it needs to have an account with the phone number linked.

I tried to make this account, but it sends a password to the sms and as my phone is locked, I can not access that sms.

Is there any way to get my pku code?
