Hello!

I have a prepaid card which I accidentally entered the PIN code wrong 3 times. I have been travelling and I couldn’t find the original card that PUK code is written. Since I didn’t have an online account before, now I cannot register through my number and learn the code either. How can I get PUK code to unblock my card?

In this case, you can only request the PUK from o2 prepaid customer support: +4917688855282
