Problem with Postpaid billing

Hi,

I previously had Datenvolume 60GB plan 19.99€ /month postpaid plan. On March 2022 I changed my plan to Unlimited data 39.99€ /month. And for the month of April and May I got bill 59,98€.

Please find the attached bill and my plan snip.

 

I request you to kindly let me know why I am billed with 20€ extra amount every month. 

It would be helpful if any of O2 customer service assists me to resolve my issue.

The Unlimited Data is an extra  Option,  not a Tariff ... 

You must pay your Free L 19,99€ + the myDATA Unlimited 39,99€

How can I change my plan to my DATA Unlimited?

Is it possible to do it by self from O2 app or do I have call O2 helpline?

Hello @Sreek  the Data tariffs are for Internet connection only ... it's not possible to change from your allnet flat to a Data only Tariff.  

 

But You can change to the unlimited max. Look at your meino2 App, "Tarifwechsel " or "Vertragsverlängerung"
