problem with number activation


I still can't activate my number. I tried using the video option, so yesterday 05/09 I went to the DHL post in Senden where I submitted and signed the form, and submitted my passport for verification.  confirmation of residence. please help me activate my number, because now it doesn't allow me any of the options. best regards, almin cuturic

Ich kann meine Nummer immer noch nicht aktivieren. Ich habe es mit der Videooption versucht, also bin ich gestern 09.05. zur DHL-Post in Senden gegangen, wo ich das Formular eingereicht und unterschrieben und meinen Reisepass zur Überprüfung eingereicht habe. Aufenthaltsbestätigung. Bitte helfen Sie Ich bitte Sie, meine Nummer zu aktivieren, da sie mir jetzt keine der Optionen zulässt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Almin Cuturic

Why didn't it work? What did they tell you in the post office? Another option would be to go to an o2 Shop.

I have tried everything.in the post office i give them the postident code,so they scan and also my passport and valid adress.

In the o2 shop,they say they only activate the sim card which were bought in the shop.

Now i dont have any option throw the activation procedure.here is the picture!

Hello Micha, I have the same problem like Almin10.  To activate my SIM I couldn´t mak eit online therefore I went to the post.

Now I get the same message like in Almin picture:  Fehler bei der Identifizierung.  Who may I call to solve this??  or what can I do?  Bei O2 shop I dod not receive any support :(

Hello, I have a problem with activating my Sim Card. 

To activate my SIM I couldn´t make it online therefore I went to the post.  I got an email saying that data I gave does not correspond and I have to repeat it.  But to get the form to present I need to enter in the activierungs account.

Now I get the message :  “Fehler bei der Identifizierung” when I enter my data in www.o2.de/freischalten .

Who may I call to solve this??  or what can I do?  Bei O2 shop I dod not receive any support :(

It's not nice to read that you can't activate your SIM card. Did I understand correctly that you entered your correct details when ordering the SIM card, but that they don't match now? What data are you talking about exactly?

I have the same problem, it's been almost 2 weeks since I tried to do the verification with my SIM. But somehow doesn't work, I went to the Deustche post and I revived the same answer. I don't what is wrong with personal information. I called and they give the same answer

Have you checked whether your name is entered correctly? 
For first name only the first name and for last name only the last name? 
Please call the prepaid hotline 0176 88 85 52 82  (Mon. - Fri. 7 a.m. - 8 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., weekdays)
so that they can tell you what is wrong. 
Unfortunately, we don't have access to your data here in the Community.
