Problem with IBAN and BIC

Hello there!

So my tarife ended today and I was trying to top up with my bank account but I made a mistake :/

I didn't know that I had to send a sms to 56656 to get my own IBAN and BIC…

I didn't know this and I entered wrong details at this option:

Banküberweisung oder Dauerauftrag

 

 

Now a red message appears anytime I try to open this option and I can't enter the right IBAN and BIC, it says that I have to contact the costumer service

In order to clarify your issue concerning the top-up via bank-account, please write a letter to the following address:

 

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Auskunftsstelle
90345 Nürnberg  

 

Please include in the letter your first and last name, your complete address and your birthday-date.
