Problem with Contract


Hello , I have problem with my Contract and i already registered a complaint but nobody took action,

The problem is i brought a O2 M sim contract in Black Friday 2020 , and after one month i got invoice for 2 Contracts one which i brought O2 M and the other one O2 S which i never got in hands and why did it happened ? Now it's 2 month invoiced and again they deducted money for contract which i i nev brought. Is it fair enough a big firm like O2 is making these types of mistakes , i am really angry about this behaviour and i need my money back for the 02 S contract which I'm paying for last 2 months

Where did you sign the contract?

 

The Free M startet on November 28th, The Free S startet on December 1st.

I signed the Free M contract in one of O2 Shop, but I didn't sign any contract for free S.

Have a look at the documents you signed.

I think that the Free S is listed there

I have the document with me there is just Free M written on it.

As far as I can see there are two contracts the second one signed in an o2 store in December 2020. You already sent a complaint which is still in progress. My colleagues will get in touch with you again in this matter. Please be a little patient.
