So I ordered and received my prepaid SIM card. When I went to activate it I’m told my date of birth is incorrect. I’ve tired to access customer care video call with no answer and all the menus on the phone in options are in German so I haven’t a notion what’s going on.
According to the lad in the shop there’s an issue with the system but he couldnt help.
Anyone dealt with anything like this?
